Wear comfortable clothes. I like to have clients get up off the table and move around to integrate and challenge movement patterns. Gym clothes are ideal to do stretching and releases.
That depends entirely on your goals. Many people feel better after one or two sessions. Realistically, it takes 4-6 sessions to uncover multiple patterns and get you moving more efficiently. Maintenance appointments are highly suggested for continued well being.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a effort to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
- 24 hour advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
- If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
- Fees will be waived in cases of contagious illness, if you are sick please stay home. Sharing is NOT always caring. 🙂
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a no show and will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given you will be responsible for the scheduled session.
Out of respect and consideration for me and others clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. In short, just be a good human!
